**About** LAVA MUSIC focuses on bringing innovation to guitar players. We’ve developed our own neural-network-based amp modeling and a range of quality effects. As our products continue to grow, we’re looking to collab with experienced DSP/audio effects engineers to build more premium guitar effects for our users. **Salary and Benefits** Salary: $ 4000 - 8000/m + Performance bonus. （Salary negotiable based on experience and skill） **Must have** Proven shipped work: You have personally designed and implemented at least one commercial, production deployed, high quality effect (hardware or software). Please include verifiable examples when you contact us (product links, audio demos, videos, etc.). Practical, constraints-driven development: You can efficiently tune, adapt, and/or redesign algorithms based on real product requirements (target tone, CPU/RAM/latency constraints), not just theory. Core skills: strong musical ear, solid C/C++ for real-time DSP, and the ability to communicate smoothly with musicians during evaluation and tuning. **Nice-to-have** Experience optimizing audio on embedded / mobile platforms Target platform: SHARC DSP: Our algorithms need to be implemented and optimized for Analog Devices SHARC DSP, so hands-on SHARC experience could be helpful.
