## About Join Our Global Customer Support Team (Remote) We are looking for passionate and experienced community/customer support talents to join our growing global team in the Web3 & Crypto industry.

• Provide customer support in English through live chat, ticketing systems, Telegram, Discord, and other communication channels;
• Handle user inquiries related to accounts, deposits, withdrawals, trading, KYC verification, and general platform usage;
• Troubleshoot user issues, collect feedback, and escalate urgent or technical matters to internal teams when necessary;
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer service experience to enhance user satisfaction;
• Support the communication and localization of official announcements, campaigns, and platform updates;
• Monitor community sentiment and help maintain an active and positive user environment;
• Participate in rotating shifts to support 24/7 customer service operations.

任职要求

• Native or fluent English speaker; At least 1 year of experience in online customer support, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or Web3-related industries; Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and exchange products; Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness; Able to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to shift schedules; Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Zendesk, or similar customer support tools is preferred.
