## What expertise and qualities do you need to have? ｜ **Smart Contract Engineer** **Join a group of wise men, discuss and achieve what is truly right** - We are committed to diversity and welcome talented applicants from all walks of life to apply! - At least one year of professional Solidity development experience

- A deep understanding of the underlying Ethereum Virtual Machine, a compilation from high-level language to bytecode, the EVM execution model, memory layout, etc. - Knowledge of common smart contract development design patterns, industry standards (ERCs and EIPs) and best practices - An understanding of typical smart contract problems like reentrancy, migrations and upgradeability of immutable systems - Commitment to our core value: that humans could and must create, disseminate and distribute information with an approach that is as healthy and as equal as possible

- Enthusiasm and awareness for attaining unrestricted information flow

｜ **Full-stack Engineer** **Unlike ordinary full-stack engineering roles, this is role is a journey full of wonderful adventures.** Thanks to RSS3’s flat management style, we encourage creativity and allow you to independently develop inspiring features and pages! You will collaborate with other cool projects, participate in brainstorming and bring in surprises. We are looking for: - An excellent team player, able to collaborate with our team to achieve outstanding results - Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling, such as React - Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a detail-oriented approach - Experience with Golang/Node .js - Commitment to our core value: that humans could and must create, disseminate and distribute information with an approach that is as healthy and as equal as possible
