We are a **globally distributed** organization: all our members work remotely from different countries including the US, Japan, New Zealand, the UK, and China. We promote flexible working hours, so both early birds and night owls are welcome! Our team is equal, open, and free. Since our establishment, we have made tremendous progress and are incredibly proud of the team culture and atmosphere that teammates experience in our organization. We have all-star backers such as Coinshares Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, and Balaji Srinivasan to support us in expanding our decentralized webfeed and content distribution protocol. We also launched our $RSS3 auction in February and are eager to explore new journeys with more like-minded partners. What the role entails

Duties and responsibilities of a **Human Resources Specialist** include: • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and meet the requirements of each department • Post job postings on different effective platforms and find talents efficiently • Complete the preliminary resume screening and interview process • Organize the talent pool efficiently and clearly document the evaluation of talents • Follow up on interview results and respond to emails with flexibility ## What expertise and qualities do you need to have? • At least one year of HR experience (experience in tech company is advantageous) • Basic knowledge of blockchain/Web 3.0 and what RSS3 is doing • Exceptional communication and writing skills in English • Have excellent interview skills • Strong interpersonal relationship skills • A positive and optimistic attitude, enthusiastic about communicating and socializing with others • An excellent team player, able to collaborate with our team to achieve outstanding results • Commitment to our core value: that humans could and must create, disseminate, and distribute information with an approach that is as healthy and as equal as possible
