职责描述

• Research, write, and maintain high-quality online documentation for Cryptape developer tools.
• Become an expert on our products from both a technical and business standpoint.
• Work independently and manage your own projects while building relationships across Cryptape.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customer support, and other technical writers.
• Articulate the documentation needs of our customers, strategic partners, and internal users.
• Responsible for the overseas social media (e.g. Twitter) content writing and operation, increase developer attention and activity
• Responsible for the company's technical blog content and operation , enhance the developer's attention and activity.
• Responsible for industry news collection, hot spot tracking and news integration in the blockchain field
• Responsible for organizing developer community activities, promoting and regulating the developer community, collecting and sorting out user feedback, summarizing and reporting
• Responsible for company brand building and cultural delivery

任职要求

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, technical information and documentation, or similar.
• 2+ years of technical writing experience with the knowledge of technical writing best practices.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, communicative skills, and being result-oriented.
• Excellent spoken and written English. All of our documentation is written in English.
• Experience using content management systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for technology and a desire to learn.
• A strong technical background, such as a related subject knowledge of blockchain.
• The ability to read and understand the code, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java etc.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and XML.
• Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, or other graphics tools.
• Excellent Chinese and English language skills, solid writing skills, overseas study or work experience
• More than 2 years of overseas social media operation or community operation experience, such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Good at English writing, video production
• Familiar with overseas social media content operation, channel account with a large number of fans is preferred
• Highly sensitive to the development and industry hotspots of Internet technology, familiar with the blockchain industry is preferred
• Independent work, proactive, active thinking, highly responsible
• Blockchain industry experience
• Developer community operation experience
• Experience in operating open source projects
