## About Cryptape

职责描述

• Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
• Own the recruitment process - review resumes, work with the hiring manager(s) to select the right candidate, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screening checks
• Support the effective onboarding of new hire, and apply for work passes for work pass holders.
• Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, experience studying or working aboard.
• knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
• Ability to think globally, make calculated decisions under time pressure, and be sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

• Advocate the uniqueness and potential of CKB technology and the opportunity of building on CKB.
• Write document and educational content for CKB and tooling.
• Engage with the CKB developer community, including answer questions and provide technical support to the CKB dApp developers, collect/summarize/report developer feedbacks.
• Organize developer community activities.
• Find and support solid dApp developers/teams building applications on CKB.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, solid writing skills.
• Participation in the general web3 ecosystem or blockchain project.
• You are a self-starter and hold yourself accountable.
• Solid programming skills and developing experience.
• Passion for building relationships and growing communities online.
• Develop digital content and manage marketing campaigns for social media platform such as Twitter to increase key metrics surrounding engagement, sentiment, and growth.
• Maintain company's technical blog content to drive developer's awareness and interests.
• Identify relevant crypto, blockchain & social trends to join in and rapidly develop timely content surrounding these trends.
• Organize developer community activities, promote developer community events, collect feedback for reporting.
• Help develop and implement Cryptape’s brand and culture.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 2+ years of managing social media accounts with significant follower base or community building experience.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of social networks.
• A strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently.
• Strong knowledge of the Blockchain and Crypto ecosystems.
• Passionate about understanding the latest trends in culture and Web3.
• Prior experience with Podcast or video production.
• Proven success at running developer community events and promotions.
• Ability to work quickly on developing strategy, content, and execution.
• Desire to develop truly engaging social media, with a creative attitude to think of unique material that will captivate our communities.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Design and build developer tools/libs in the Nervos CKB ecosystem.
• Explore best practices in building Nervos CKB dapps.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to enhance toolings as well as the whole Nervos ecosystem.
• 3 years experience in the software development field.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Existing open source library maintainer is preferred.
• Design and build a new dApp solution based on CKB to help participants collaborate to create transaction.
• Development language: Rust
• Proficiency in at least one system language, including Rust, C/C++.
• Solid understanding of the network programming internals.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Maintainer of open source libraries or experience working with open source projects.
• Love Rust.

• Fluent English and Chinese; experience in Web3/blockchain ecosystem; for engineering roles, relevant software development experience (e.g., 3 years for Fullstack), TypeScript or Rust/system language skills, teamwork/communication, and open-source experience preferred; for communications, social media/community operations experience; for HR, 2+ years talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting knowledge.
