• We're looking for candidates who meet these qualifications:
• Passionate about web3 and willing to work in the web3
• Graduated from a top school or a foreign school
• Holds a degree in networking or computer science
• Proficient in reading English documents and able to communicate with foreign developers
• An expert in the Golang

任职要求

• Has knowledge of cryptography, security protocols, and encryption algorithms
• Familiarity with distributed, multi-threaded, and container technologies
• Knowledge of Ethereum, Layer2, Sharding, Substrate, IPFS, and any other open-source projects with research and contribution experience
• Familiarity with the HTTP/2 protocol, the ability to understand rpc frameworks, and experience using ProtoBuf
• Database development experience in MongoDB, LevelDB, RocksDB, etc.
• Has a background in cryptography technology and experience with relevant projects
• Has experience in developing self-built chains- Knowledge of distributed storage and experience with it
• Understanding of various consensus algorithms, including but not limited to PoW, PoS, DPoS, PBFT, Paxos, Raft, etc.
