Looking for a staff software engineer who can potentially lead projects or initiatives end-to-end including leading other engineers. We have an anime focused text-to-image generator, AI chatbots and social feed. We have over 10k daily active users and we are trying to grow 10-20x in the next 6 months. ## 薪资福利待遇 Compensation depending on experience: Base salary: $120-150k/year Stock options: 1-3% with 4 year vesting - Give engineering inputs to shape our product roadmap - Drive features or projects end-to-end which can potentially involve leading other engineers - Work with product and marketing to understand ‘what’ we are building and ‘whys’, and researching and presenting solutions with different trade-offs. - Understand what we currently have in terms of tech-stack and know how to build in the current stage of our startup.

- Optimizing database (currently, Postgres)

- Unit and Integration testing

- Distributed System

**Good to have knowledge of:**

- ElasticSearch

- Image generator: Stable Diffusion - GPU optimizations, CUDA - Networking, Security
