职责描述

• 1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key opportunities and challenges in the Chinese blockchain industry. Stay updated on regulatory changes and the competitive landscape.
• 2. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology companies, and blockchain projects in China to enhance our ecosystem.
• 3. Engage with the local blockchain community, including developers, enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs. Organize events, workshops, and conferences to foster awareness and adoption.
• 6. Build and manage a high-performing business development team in China, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve strategic objectives.
• 7. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts. Regularly report progress to the executive team.

任职要求

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development/ marketing roles within the blockchain or technology industry.
• Deep understanding of the Chinese blockchain ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
• Strong network of contacts within the blockchain, financial, and tech sectors in China.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional, international team.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Rust is a big plus
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

As the Head of Business Development in China, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and establishing our presence in this dynamic market. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, hosting events, hackathons, hacker houses, both online and offline, and expanding our blockchain ecosystem. ## Responsibilities 1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key opportunities and challenges in the Chinese blockchain industry. Stay updated on regulatory changes and the competitive landscape. 2.
