Conduct in-depth research: Perform comprehensive research on blockchain technologies, especially in DeFi area and public chain. 2. Identify use cases: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential use cases and applications of blockchain technology across various sectors such as finance, identity management, voting, and more. 3. Technology evaluation: Evaluate new blockchain platforms, protocols, and frameworks to assess their feasibility, scalability, and suitability for our organization's needs. Provide recommendations and insights on the adoption of emerging technologies. 4. Prototype and development: Design, develop, and prototype innovative blockchain solutions that harness the full potential of Web3 technologies. Experiment with new concepts, frameworks, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions. 5. Blockchain forums and conferences participation (Preferred, but Not Mandatory): Engage in blockchain forums and conferences, collaborating with tech experts around the globe to stay updated on industry trends, share insights, and leverage these interactions to inform and enhance our research initiatives. ## Requirements 1. PhD in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A specialization in distributed systems, cryptography, or blockchain technology is preferred. Additionally, in-depth knowledge in the domain of blockchain is highly desirable. 2. Extensive research experience: Proven track record of conducting high- quality research, evidenced by publications in top-tier conferences or journals. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and propose innovative solutions. Comfortable with mathematical modeling and algorithms related to distributed systems and cryptography. 4.
