职责描述

• Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and test smart contracts in Solidity, Rust or other blockchain programming languages. Ensure contracts are secure, efficient, and optimized for gas costs.
• Server-Side Development: Build and maintain the server-side logic and infrastructure that powers our Web3 applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
• API Integration & Management: Develop and manage APIs to facilitate communication between our DeFi applications and the blockchain, as well as with other external data sources and services.
• Blockchain Integration: Connect our applications to various blockchain networks, managing wallet connections, transactions, and smart contract interactions seamlessly.
• Security & Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies for both smart contracts and server-side code to ensure application integrity and security. Stay updated on the latest in blockchain security practices and apply them diligently.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability. Monitor performance and make adjustments as necessary to handle scale and demand.

• Experience: 3+ years in Solidity and Rust. Experience in the DeFi space is highly preferred.
• Blockchain Proficiency: Expertise in smart contract development, with a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals. Experience with asynchronous blockchains is a strong plus.
• Server-Side Skills: Strong background in server-side languages (e.g., Rust, Go, Node.js, Python) and frameworks. Experience with database management and architecture. Experience in developing and managing APIs for web services.
• Security Minded: Knowledge of security best practices in smart contract development and server-side security. Experience with smart contract audit processes is a plus.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. Problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
