This role involves nurturing existing client relationships, onboarding new launchpad customers, and actively pursuing expansion opportunities. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to understand the IDO process within the blockchain/cryptocurrency space are essential. ## Key Responsibilities: - Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing launchpad customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. - Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the TonUP launchpad process, ensuring a smooth and successful IDO experience. - Business Expansion: Actively identify and pursue new launchpad clients, utilizing various lead generation and outreach strategies. - Process Tracking: Diligently track all launchpad activities and progress on Monday.com, maintaining clear and up-to-date records for effective team collaboration. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance our launchpad services and remain competitive.
