职责描述

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment withthe company’s goals and market demand. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product direction.
• End-to-End Product Management: Lead the product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration. Prioritize product features and manage the roadmap, balancing customer needs,business priorities, and technical feasibility.
• Project Management: Plan, initiate, and manage projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Apply agile methodologies to manage the team’s workflow.
• UX Design: Champion user-centric design principles. Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with engineering, operations and leadership teams to ensure product-market fit and seamless go-to-market execution

任职要求

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a proven track record of launching and growing products, preferably in DeFi or fintech.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Project Management Skills: Experienced in agile project management methodologies. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Design Sensitivity: Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and a user-centric approach to product development. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to articulate product vision and complex ideas to a variety of audiences
