职责描述

• Daily Tweets: Craft and post daily tweets to engage with the community and drive awareness.
• PR and Announcements: Manage public relations efforts, including drafting and distributing press releases and announcements.
• Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with projects and partnerships to run joint marketing campaigns.
• KOL and Community Relations: Reach out to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain good connections with them and the community.
• Analyze and Adapt: Analyze marketing effectiveness using data insights and adapt strategies to optimize performance.
• Content Creation: Write and produce content for blogs, announcements, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored to the DeFi and Bitcoin Layer 2 communities.
• Digital Campaigns: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
• Brand Identity: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity through all marketing channels.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product and community leads, to ensure cohesive messaging.

任职要求

• Experience in community management, with a focus on DeFi and Web3; Proven track record in content creation, community engagement, and digital marketing; Strong writing and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; Understanding of Bitcoin, blockchain and Dapp technology.
