## About EX.IO is a Hong Kong-based virtual assets exchange, just obtained a VATP license(SFC Type1, 7) in Hong Kong. Our mission is to demolish the barriers of tradition and Web3 so that everyone can trade the fascinating new financial asset, virtual assets, with confidence.

职责描述

• • Design and develop simple, intuitive web and mobile product experiences
• • Collaborate with Product Managers (PM), Business Development (BD), Marketing
• and Operations teams to define and execute product strategy
• • Conduct research related to product design to inform and enhance the user experience
• • Innovate and create new features from ideation and prototyping through to final production
• • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to successfully deliver the product

任职要求

• • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking and a refined aesthetic sense
• • Over 3 years of experience in product design
• • Excellent hands-on UI/UX skills combined with strategic thinking
• • A willingness to explore and push the boundaries of user experience
• • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
• • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or equivalent field experience
• • Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to achieve superior product outcomes
• • Previous experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
• • Skills in motion graphics and/or visual design
