• Own Product Vision & Strategy
• Define and articulate the product vision, long-term roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with company goals.
• Lead Full Product Lifecycle
• Drive the development process from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.

• Translate user needs and business goals into clear product specifications and prioritize development tasks based on impact and feasibility.
• User & Stakeholder Engagement
• Engage with users (including DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, and asset managers) to gather feedback, validate concepts, and support adoption.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Analyze product usage and performance data to inform decisions and optimize for growth, retention, and user satisfaction.

• Stay informed on the evolving DeFi and crypto landscape. Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to drive product differentiation.

• 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally within Web3, DeFi, fintech, or related tech startups.
• Strong technical fluency – able to understand smart contracts, protocol logic, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Analytical and structured thinking – capable of breaking down complex systems and communicating them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills – strong in both written and verbal formats; capable of managing stakeholders and conveying vision.
• Product intuition – a deep sense of what makes DeFi products successful from both B2B and retail perspectives.
• Adaptability & ownership – thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; takes initiative and sees things through.
