## About Us

职责描述

• Design and build new decentralized applications (dApps) within the Nervos CKB ecosystem.
• Research and explore best practices for building secure, scalable CKB dApps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the CKB developer experience: improve documentation, SDKs, APIs, and tooling.
• Dive deep into underlying protocols when necessary, helping bridge infrastructure-level improvements with developer-facing solutions.
• Share technical insights and findings via blog posts, documentation, talks, or open-source contributions.

任职要求

• 3+ years of software development experience in backend, full-stack, systems programming, or protocol-related projects.
• Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Rust, Go, TypeScript, C/C++).
• Willingness and ability to work with JavaScript/TypeScript in daily development tasks.
• Solid understanding of network communication, distributed systems, or blockchain basics.
• Good teamwork and technical communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with protocol-level development (e.g., blockchain consensus, P2P networking, distributed storage).
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal side projects involving systems or infrastructure.
• Prior experience developing blockchain applications, smart contracts, or decentralized systems.
• Experience building custom developer tools, SDKs, or APIs.
• Ability to write and discuss technical topics in English.
