岗位要求、职责： Position 一: Corporate Tax Manager Job Type ：Full-Time，Onsite Base: New York City/Jersey City, U.S. PS： 1、The Corporate Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s tax compliance, tax planning, and accounting for income taxes. 2、Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance (Master’s degree of tax or CPA preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate tax, including public accounting or industry experience. 3、Strong knowledge of federal, state, local, and international tax laws and regulations. 4、Strong knowledge of Tax related to Digital Asset. Work experience in web3 industry is highly preferred. 5、This is also a managerial role that require the ideal candidate to manage a team of two to ensure US office daily accounting operation. Position 二: BD Manager - North America Job Type ：Full-Time, Onsite & Remote PS： 1、3/10 years of business development or corporate sales experience in North America. 2、Based in North America.Prior experience in the crypto mining industry. 3、Fluent in Chinese and English. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to build trust with partners. Capable of working independently to expand market reach. Position 三：BD/BDM Job Type：Full-Time, Remote PS： 1、Proven working experience as a BDM or a relevant role. 2、Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients. 3、Experience in channel development, market development. 4、Deep understanding of crypto markets. 5、Proficiency in English and Local language. Work remotely from any of the following countries: Japan, Mexico, Germany, Poland, South Africa, India, Turkey, France, Eurozone. Position 四：高级前端工程师（编译器方向） Job Type：Full-Time, Onsite（Beijing） PS： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件⼯程或相关专业。 2、5 年以上前端开发经验，2 年以上编译器或代码转换相关经验。 3、精通 TypeScript 或 arkTS，掌握 Kotlin 或 Swift。 4、精通⾄少⼀种主流前端框架（Vue / React / Svelte），深⼊理解其编译流程。 5、熟悉 AST 语法树、代码⽣成器等编译原理，了解跨端框架（如 React Native、Flutter、uni-app、taro、kmp）
