The Role

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven, and highly self-motivated Product Manager to lead our Real-World Assets (RWA) initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative products that make investing in premium real-world assets more accessible and efficient for users worldwide. We’re not looking for someone who just executes orders—we want a visionary Product Builder who thrives on curiosity, deeply understands user needs, rapidly tests ideas, and drives products from concept to scale. ## What You’ll Be Doing - **Product Strategy & Design:** Lead the end-to-end planning and design of our RWA product line. Develop detailed PRDs, user flows, and prototypes focused on minimizing cognitive load and streamlining the user experience. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Act as the key driver within cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance—to deliver high-quality products on time. Own business outcomes such as user growth, AUM, and user satisfaction. - **Data-Informed Execution:** Build robust product analytics systems to monitor performance, analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly to improve key metrics and foster sustainable growth. - **Market Innovation:** Stay ahead of global trends and emerging innovations across RWA and DeFi. Turn insights into actionable product opportunities that align with our vision.

Who You Are

- Proven Product Builder: You have 2-4 years of experience owning consumer-facing (ToC) internet products, and you've been deeply involved in the full product lifecycle—from initial concept and design to successful launch and iteration. - Fintech Native: You have a background in consumer fintech products (e.g., wealth management apps, trading platforms, retail payment solutions). You possess a deep understanding of what drives user behavior and decision-making in financial applications. - A Data-Informed Owner: You have a strong analytical mindset. You don't just report data; you use it to identify opportunities, drive decisions, and measure success. You are proficient with product design and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, Xmind).

- English and mandarin as daily working language

- 8-hour team overlap with UTC+8 required daily
