职责描述

• Execute and Manage Trading Strategies: Focus on options trading and continuously monitor market dynamics to capitalize profitable trading opportunities. Experience with exotic options and structured products is a plus.
• Modeling and Research: Capable to conduct research independently with solid background in quantitative fields, especially in statistics and optimization.
• Process Automation and Development: Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to enhance trading strategies and decision-making processes.
• Advanced Programming and Data Analysis: Leverage programming skills to analyze complex data to facilitate hedging strategies and improve trading signals

任职要求

• 3-5 years of experience as a quant trader or desk quant with a strong focus on options trading, preferred knowledge in exotic options and structured products.
• Proven track record of managing systematic trading strategy.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated algorithms or trading modules is preferred.
• Master’s degree or above in Mathematics, Physcis, or other Scientific fields.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
