职责描述

• • 负责 Web3 服务端产品的测试工作，保障服务端功能和系统质量；
• • 参与需求分析、设计评审，制定测试计划与策略，设计并执行测试用例；
• • 执行功能测试、集成测试、回归测试等，确保产品交付的稳定性与可靠性；
• • 构建测试环境，进行缺陷跟踪、问题定位及质量分析；
• • 熟练掌握功能测试、性能测试、安全性、可靠性、接口测试等多种测试方法；
• • 至少掌握一种自动化测试工具，并能独立设计或维护测试脚本；
• • 跨团队协作，推动问题解决与质量改进。

任职要求

• • 熟练使用 Go / Python / Shell 之一进行测试脚本开发；
• • 熟悉 Linux 开发环境及常用命令；
• • 熟练使用 MySQL 数据库，熟悉 SQL 语言，能独立进行数据构造与环境搭建；
• • 具备较强的逻辑思维与问题定位能力，能在复杂系统中高效发现并推动问题闭环；
• • 工作认真细致、责任心强，对质量有极高的标准和坚持；
• • 了解 区块链技术或 Web3 产品 者优先。
