## 岗位要求、职责 - 是否全职：是 - 是否远程：是 - 时区要求：GMT+8优先 - 负责为公司核心的DeFi产品线（包括衍生品DEX与RWA等创新业务）设计、实现并维护安全、高效的智能合约与全链协议。 - 设计与实现复杂的链上金融逻辑与协议机制，如资产发行、定价、清算、风控模型及收益分配等。 - 编写高质量、可读性强且可审计的智能合约代码，并撰写清晰完善的技术文档。

必备条件

1、学历背景: 统招本科及以上学历，毕业于 985、211 高等院校，计算机科学、数学、金 融工程或相关专业。 2、行业理解:深入理解区块链技术、智能合约开发，并对 DeFi 及 RWA 赛道有强烈的兴 趣和认知。 3、项目经验: 具备 3 年以上构建和部署生产级 Solidity 合约的实际经验，有处理金融相 关合约(如借贷、衍生品、资管)经验者优先。 4、技术栈:精通 Solidity，深刻理解 Gas 优化与安全最佳实践。至少熟练掌握一门非智能 合约语言，首选 JavaScript/TypeScript 或 Python，，用于开发配套工具和测试脚本。 5、协议知识: 对主流 DeFi 协议(如 Uniswap V2/V3, AAVE, Compound)有深入理解，能 分析其设计取舍。

优先考虑条件

1、拥有数学或金融工程背景，能够理解和实现复杂的金融模型与利率计算。 2、有在知名 Web3 项目或开源社区贡献的经验。 3、综合素质:出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神;严谨的逻辑思维能力，对代码质量和最 佳实践有极高要求;能快速跟进最新的 DeFi 和 RWA 技术趋势和行业动态;能高效地进行 远程工作和协作。
